Many of the bus routes in Surrey today are supported all or in part by Surrey County Council, this has led to number of independent operators being awarded contracts aswell as the major groups which have a presence in the county. From 1933 to 1970 Surrey was largely the domain of London Transport country bus services with Aldershot & District operating in the far west of the county, Stagecoach Hants & Surrey now operate in the former Aldershot & District territory and Arriva Southern Counties also operate in the west of the county from a depot in Guildford, this is the only former London Transport garage left in operation in Surrey. Go-Ahead Metrobus operates in East Surrey, and Epsom Buses (now known as Quality Line), now owned by RATP Dev, provide services in the Epsom area, including several Transport for London (TfL) routes. Otherwise independents such as Safeguard Coaches (celebrating 90 years of operation in 2018), Buses Etcetera, Falcon Coaches, White Bus Service (the latter 2 operators took over the Abellio Surrey routes in 2017/8 when Abellio withdrew from Surrey), Southdown PSV, Compass Bus, Hallmark Connections (part of the Rotala group) Repton's Coaches, and Carlone Buses, this diversity of operators has led to quite a colourful bus scene in Surrey. The London Bus Museum is also featured, the museum moved in 2011 to new premises in the Brooklands Museum, not far from the building in Cobham where it had been for many years, both the old museum and the new one are featured. This DVD  was mostly filmed in 2017/8 but there are a few sequences from the archives featuring older London Transport buses. Wide screen, PAL  UK system, running time 76 minutes.
